ASPIN THE RABBIT

The South Park Pre-school began a renovation of three of the rooms in their building, a large circa 1890 townhouse, in downtown Ramford during Winter vacation. Part of the renovation involved sanding several coats of paint from the extensive woodwork in the old mansion. The pet Angora rabbit "Aspin" who remained caged in one of the classrooms, stopped eating, showed problems hopping or standing and periodically would start twitching. In addition Aspin became very irritable, hissing and screaming when the caretaker attempted to hold him.
