PerDont Farms, Inc., is engaged in the production, processing, marketing and distribution of fresh and frozen chicken, turkey and duck prepared food items. The Company markets its USDA Grade A PDA1-pack chicken products primarily under the PerDont Farms Mrs. O'Hara® brand to retailers in the eastern United States.

A full line of fast food, deli, boneless products and parts, along with a broad range of further prepared chicken products, a full range of turkey products, corn dogs, frozen entrees, and specialty duck based food products are produced under the PerDont Farms® brand. These items are sold through well known distributors, club stores, retailers, and restaurants.

Mrs. O'Hara's Favorite Recipies

Today - OH Wok Chicken

From Wok to Table in 15 Minutes.
Serves 6

3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. Cornstarch
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1 1/4 lbs. Miss O'Hara's® Chicken Tenders
4 oz. Snow peas, trimmed
1 tsp. Minced ginger root
2 tbsp. Peanut or vegetable oil, divided
1 Medium red bell pepper seeded and cut into thin strips
1 Medium yellow squash sliced thin
10 oz. Broccoli flowerettes

In small bowl, blend 6 tablespoons water, soy sauce, cornstarch and sugar. In large skillet or wok, over high heat, cook chicken and ginger in 1 tablespoon oil, stirring until chicken is lightly browned and cooked through. Remove to serving platter. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil to skillet. Add vegetables and cook, stirring, until crisp–tender, about 3 minutes. Return chicken to skillet with soy sauce mixture. Cook until sauce thickens and chicken is heated through.
