 The focus of M.U.L.C.H. will be to help make Ramford citizens aware of the recent outbreak of SRRV and the steps Ramford County and C.H.I.P.P.E.R. are taking to protect the health of Ramford Citizens. In order to help curb the outbreak of SRRV, limited applications of DDT may be warrented. In order to minimize the exposure in the area of application M.U.L.C.H. will be creating a volunteer Neighbor Notification Program.
