Plea, Bargain, and Bale have hired your environmental consulting firm as their team of experts to prepare a report and brief the law firm prior to the litigation. Your Company will prepare and make two 15 minute presentations.

Presentation One will describe the asbestos problem in Ramford.  The presentation will cover the following:

1. Inventory and assessment of current sources of asbestos pollution, including both point and non point-source contributors in Ramford County and regional sources of asbestos pollution.

2. Review of the current science on asbestos deposition, transport, and exposure pathways.

3. Review the current science on the impacts of asbestos pollution on public health and ecosystems.

  Presentation Two will highlight the views that are consistent with Plea, Bargain, and Bale’s clients – Gill Netter, Otto Trawler, Blu Collar, and Stan Dersized-Tester.  The presentation will cover the following:

1. How much economic damage is being caused in Ramford.

2. Review of the strategies for clean up and reduction of exposure to asbestos.

3. Review of the existing asbestos pollution policies in other states in the US.  Suggestions for policy(s) that should be implemented to alleviate the problem, including estimates of cost, and how much would be saved in damages.
