That's the feeling you get when you're slicing through Interstate traffic, circling schools of city traffic, or off-roading in unexpected seas of adventure. It's a sense of adventure. Those who dare to drive a comfortable and eye-catching LandShark know it well.

With a powerful S-Fin supercharged V8 engine, Vehicle Side-Skid Control plus SkinTrac Traction Control, an available XLS5 Sport Edition and 4-wheel drive, power windows, door locks and EbbTide Roof, and 15" SureBite tires with anodized alloy wheels, LandShark is sure to become a big part of North American Motors' 10-year SUV heritage. And with styling like this, it's as well-suited for small, crowded city seas, as it is for the wild open ocean.

The LandShark is more affordable than it's ever been. That, plus NAM's T.I.E.S. Participant rebate, means that there's a LandShark in your future!

Your LandShark is protected with a one-piece JawGuard made from the highest quality quadrax bent steel protected by five tough, black powder coat finishs. The JawGuard features headlight protectors, grille saving wires and a TideTube. This  design eliminates snout damage. This Guard is standard equipment on all XL and XLS models. It is optional on all other models. Go LandShark! Live Large!

JawGuards are designed not only to enhance the styling of the vehicle, they are also intended as superior protection collision bumpers.

The S-Fin Supercharged V8 is the second generation of NAM-Tech gasoline powered engines. It is currently the supercharged standard included in all LandShark models.

Never before has there been such a reliable or powerful centrifugally supercharged power plant. 568 cubic inches of torque churning effort  again sets the standard by which all other SUVs will be measured.

While outwardly appearing similar to the S-Dorsal V-8, these new power plants have very little in common. The S-Fin utilizes a unique curved valve chamber to produce a broader power range, more low end boost and the potential for higher maximum horsepower. In fact, we've found it makes 39 more HP than an S-Dorsal using the same grade of gasoline. The new supercharger electronics now provide full boost much sooner in the rpm band, giving a broader torque and power curve. Maximum power output is 680 horsepower. Maximum efficient boost is 22 psi, and max flow is 1200 cfm (per ANSI and SAE Standards).
