When do I use this?
You would use this when you want to include a map in a presentation you are making.
 

1. Be sure you have titles your view. Click on View  Properties.
2.Next to Name, give a title to your view.
3.  Click View   Layout
4. Choose a Layout format then click OK.
5. Select New Layout and click OK.
6. In your layout you can move, edit  or resize any of the objects in it.
