Session topics include:

• Pollution, History and Location of the New Jersey Meadowlands

• History of contamination

• Identification of species of concern

• Impact on health in regards to eating animals from contaminated areas

• Safe ways to prepare various foods from the Meadowlands

• Games such as Meadowlands Jeopardy, prizes and snacks round out each learning episode and make the days fun!
