The web pages are well organized, support the target audience, provide logical presentation of information. Navigation from page to page is present.

The web pages contain the previous box and are “eye friendly” i.e. support and do not detract from the information or navigation. Navigation is presented in a consistent and logical manner.

The web pages contain the previous box and engages the audience with graphics, logical navigation, a consistent and pleasant design. The piece is an overall useful educational resource.

**Conventional Design Elements: All web pages in publication must have the following elements:

Note: All web work must be linked to the student's portfolio page.  All portfolio pages must reflect a short goal statement for the project as well as identify a target audience.

The Project Also:

  • Must include the author's name, last update and contact information.
  • A disclaimer is provided if necessary.
  • Must be 3 - 4 web pages, published online and linked to the portfolio page.
  • Must have sufficient contrast to be easily read.
  • Must not use difficult to read fonts, sizes, or colors.
  • Credit must be given if another resource is used in the development of the project.
