• An official undergraduate transcript from an accredited college or university indicating a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average.
• A state-issued teaching certificate.
• A written statement of the applicant's professional goals.
• Two professional references.
• An interview.

TRANSFER CREDIT
If a syllabus indicates that a graduate course taken elsewhere is equivalent to one given in the Program, application for transfer credit may be submitted. Such course work should be presented for evaluation upon admission. If a course is accepted for transfer credit, the grade will not be included in the computation of the G.P.A.
